Will either be Tsatas, Cox or Hind as starting sub. I’d be surprised if it was anyone else…

My guess is Cox. We are tall anyway, and he’s versatile.

Tsatas is in the team, Hobbs has done a calf.

On one hand im happy for Tsatas, on the other hand really gutted for Hobbs.

One of the things Brad Scott has been strong on is players being versatile and allowing the coaches more movement as needed. Tsatas will get his go in the middle at some point, but he needs to work on other aspects of his game, kicking, decision making, run and carry, ability to switch roles during a game.

This is his learning curve and it is paying off for us with other players on our list and helping the team when a player is getting beaten in a position.

Which is fine.
But 0 CBA’s for a guy who cuts that up in the VFL? He can surely be given some short stints in there to see how he goes.

At least give him…or probably more so us, a taste of the middle.

Except he wasn’t a top 10 pick

he was rated top 10 but due to swans father son just needed to match first round bid with their first rd pick 21 due to GWS concessions that year.

so no bid until freo at pick 16

That whole thing about attitude is made up nonsense. It’s spiralled because Matthew Lloyd LORDO got on his soapbox about Ross Lyon saying that Phillipou was happy to spend some time in the VFL working on some things.

I don’t think that is even close to an attitude problem. If anything, it’s the opposite - it’s a kid going “I’ve got some shortfalls in my game, I want to iron them out”. I didn’t want Phillipou, but seriously, takes like that on second year players ■■■■ me up the wall.
