Tsatas is better offensively around the contest, Hobbs is better defensively, problem with Tsatas is that his kicking is still very much a work in progress so he cant make full use of his strengths yet.
If he could kick this wouldn’t even be a discussion.
I personally rate them both, but Tsatas has the higher ceiling.
Hobbs, Parish, Caldwell and Tsatas all seem best suited to a spot in the middle but aren’t versatile enough to all warrant a spot in the side at the same time.
At least one of them is probably surplus to list needs…
I’m intrigued by this. This assumption is based on Tratas suddenly becoming a decent kick. Something I have never seen happen….no, Watson was never a bad kick, just had a poor kicking season.
You know Tsatas has other attributes other than kicking.
He’s very quick around stoppage and seems to understand where he needs to be.
He’s got lightning hands and is clean.
He has tools to work with whilst he continues to improve his footskills.
Really because every game bar our game over the weekend was won by the team that won clearance.
Five of the games played were won by the better disposal team the other two were equal on efficiency and west coast won the disposal efficiency.
It’s a mixture of a lot factors but winning the ball starts all that
Thats actually an interesting assumption and valid discussion, considering Merrett stays and plays on to 34 plus, we would be looking at a new captain in 5 years, others that may fit the model would be Durham perhaps
