#9 Dylan Shiel be right, mate - from July 2022

Is this bloke injured or not?
One minute he’s taken off as a tactical sub, then there is news he has a 4 week calf injury, now he’s not even listed on the team injury list!?!?

They just holding off on the bad news he done for extended period/season

What happened to Brads “we don’t need lay blokes until they’re 100%” policy. Was he ready to play? Doesn’t seem like it.

Brad’s all in on finals this year, no doubt about it

Surely we give him 2 weeks off

Named in the magoos today. Wonder if that will stick or if they will do the BDB switcheroo?

would rather he play VFL and keep guys like Caldwell and Hobbs in the team

Don’t all emergencies automatically get named in the VFL every week regardless of whether they are going to be an AFL sub or late AFL inclusion? Hence can’t read into it

All our emergencies for tonight are named in the VFL for tomorrow. One of them will become the Sub and drop out of the VFL team around 7.00pm tonight.

Will he be the sub tonight?

Yes, Shiel is our Sub tonight.

Don’t think so. He’ll be in the 22. The sub isn’t listed as an “in”.

Expect one of Snelling, Guelfi or Menzie to be the sub.

It’s confirmed mate. Shiel is the sub

Shiel is a good choice for sub imo. He can have an impact in the middle.

Where’s it been confirmed?

Maybe I’m wrong but Menzie wasn’t in the 22 last week and hasn’t been named as an in.

Menzie doesn’t need the be named as an in, because he was in the team last week.
