The rise of Barry Hall as respectable (prior to today) is just odd. He punched a guy, out of nowhere, in the face and knocked him out. He should have got 30 weeks not 7.

I’ve read a transcript. I can see why they acted. Hall went there but you’d like to think your colleagues would step in when things looked like getting into territory ‘unbecoming’ and chaperone Hall and the conversation back on track.

No one stopped the sorry saga.
No one stopped Adelaide from embarrassing themselves during the national anthem.

Hall is still a loose cannon. It has nothing to do with football and if the AFL and its PR machine try to sanitise his behaviours, because its not a good look and brings the game into disrepute, they are idiots.

He was talking to L Montagna (I think) discussing the birthing process. It went into territory that it really didn’t need to.

A guy I worked with many years ago brought in baby photos of his new child.
Yep, photos and a video of the birth in all its glory.
Not sure his Wife came to Company social events after that!
