Tricky Ricky has had a massive fall from grace. His autobiography was a really interesting read. He was so influential in getting players paid more money and was the first person to push for players owning their own image rights. He’s just a blabbering mess these days though.

Look at who employs him. Obviously they must think he will resonate with their listenership. The worst radio for a long time was when Bob was on SEN with Andy Maher, which was equalled, or perhaps even usurped, by Maher and Andrew Gaze.

Actually, now I think about it, the only stand up I can think who has been any good at radio is Tony Martin.
