A thread about rain and no other things

Agree. No sign of tapering off yet. The main dam we need to fill is the Thompson. Rainfall in its catchment is the thing to watchand with 3 days of rain over the region with the low moving East I reckon we will easily get over the 85%, maybe up to 90% by the time the curve flattens out.

Fat rain.

Yep, that’s some solid rain

I’m watching it go by. It’s not going to hit here at all.

Of course the club tennis courts are drenched.

Hmm… not a drop all day here in the east.

I think it should rain heavily until I get my negative COVID result back.

Screw everyone else.

Scotch mist here…0.4mm since 9am.

Very light rain in the morning.

Up to 84.4% today. The Thomson is 84%, so definitely doing its bit.

Why should you care? You can’t do anything even if you’re not quarantining.

Good decision to wrap up the gardening.

Frozen water balls are coming down.

Similar situation here, due to laziness, I hadn’t repotted the tomato seedlings and they are on the laundry window sill. They wouldn’t have survived today’s frozen rain.

Stop bloody raining! I’m 2/3rds done laying a spotted gum deck and I need to finish/seal it before the boards twist into pretzels!

Ok, thanks Mother Nature. That’s enough for today.

This rain is full heccas bruh.

No, I don’t actually talk like that.

I missed hearing about the 16cm diameter frozen rain balls in QLD last week.

Yikes.

Everyone in their sealed bunkers ahead of the thunderstorm asthma?
