We had 10mm between 11.30 and midnight…36.2mm for the 24 hours to 9am.
Sky is black now, but just scattered showers since 9am.

21 degC and absolutely pixssing down here in Warburton. Plenty of folks unprepared for it.
Will be a nice old traffic jam driving back to Lilydale…
getting some decent rain at the moment
I see the radar and expect rain but go outside and there is some mild spitting.
The typical La Nina Summer that was predicted so far.
So far it’s been a summer like many others, where a lot of rain is promised but not very much actually falls in Melbourne, or in its water catchments. Bit like the Bombers, actually, over-promising and under-delivering.
I reckon every water tank on the southwest coast will be chockers.
Certainly washed all the dust off down here, again.
Melbourne feels like April / May. Summer’s gone and those cold wet wintry days have arrived.
Ok, that’s enough now mr weather skies person.
bit coming down hard at the moment in Melbourne’s inner east
Just started bucketing down in the east
Heavy in Brunswick for all of two minutes. Clear blue skies now
Yeah, seems pretty scattered on the radar…
And now hosing down in the outer east…
(edit: lasted about a minute or two)…
I would love to know the dividing line that separates the “east” from the “outer east”. Blackburn? Ringwood? Further out?
The old zone 2/zone 3 train ticket divide, surely…
Box Hill was the original dividing line.
