This is becoming a good reminder of why I left Optus after 20 years. Asking the sales person to provide me with an estimate that doesn’t include a modem as I already own a suitable modem (that Optus provided) and he’s telling me I cannot get the pricing changed and Optus cannot activate a service without selling me a modem I don’t need. We seem to be at a stale mate as I am not getting an answer to a question asking wether customers have to be sold a new modem every time they renew their service agreement.
