Jeez, ACL rehab has changed a LOT since I did mine. I had to wear a brace for a month, wasn’t allowed to get on an exercise bike for nearly three…

I was in a brace from groin to ankle for >5 months with a ruptured patella tendon. Wish I’d had a professional club medical team guiding my recovery as 3 year later it’s still cooked.
