This is a bit of a myth and clubs not in AFL finals will generally pull players out of VFL
Lowest Essendon crowd at Marvel I have ever been in - all around us rows of empty seats in aisle 22 on Level 1. Absolutely no atmosphere and nowhere near 20K.

Its a distinct possibility he’ll not be with us next season imho. His interest in the game seems to have fallen off a cliff. Something personal in the background affecting him maybe?

I spent enough time in them to know that’s also not the case
this year is the worst it will be. the rebuild hasnt really started yet unless solly is the coach , which I doubt , so everything he’s doing now doesn’t really count as the start . i just hope the focus is on team ethics and principles , as game plan for just half a year is just going to be more confusion .
