If only all the staff themselves were armed with automatic weapons they could have prevented this from happening! Other than that and thoughts and prayers I have no idea how else it could of been prevented

My first venture into this thread in months. I raised the issue of gun control with an ex trainee, who had been a marine. He tired to tell me that ordinary Americans didn’t have access to automatic weapons. He followed up by saying he didn’t have the time to educate me. I found it sad that a foreigner would have more empathy for the victims than a fellow citizen.
A couple of other American ex-trainees reserved the right of citizens to own guns, not that they did, nor would they use them. That at least is a start.
Murder suicide is such a POS thing to do.

Ban gun shows,selling/buying guns online any where that sells guns.
Only way you can legaly purchase a gun is from a gun shop also civilivans shouldn’t have access to milatry weapons ie; machine guns etc
Most amercians now go to a private seller or gun shows to buy thier guns. no backgound checks at gun shows or from a private seller.
So we add victim blaming for the mass shootings but absolutely not the guns used to shoot the people.
