You think it’s bad now, just wait until Trump loses the election and then claims the results are illegitimate. There is going to be an outbreak of violence in that country on a different scale to anything we’ve ever seen.

I will be domiciled in Houston in a few weeks for at least three months. I spoke with my new partners over there and they think Texas is a safe place because everyone has guns.
I asked them if it was like a nuclear deterrent, but they didn’t get it.

Also when they don’t do anything, just remember that this is the country who, when one idiot put a crappy bomb in a shoe AND THEN PUT IT ON HIS FOOT, proceeded to swiftly pass laws which required every person to take off their shoes before a flight.

Nothing really wrong with saying it, as long as it isn’t the only thing you do. Those words then need action tied to them.
As we all know, countless thousands have done that and loads more, protests, marches, tried to get laws changed, but nothing changes over there. Just another lovely day in paradise… sigh. Americans.

People have a go at John Howard, but he put his money where his mouth was and made a change. Sure it wasn’t perfect but it more than most have done. Even NZ waited too long.
