who actually goes to work, to work? lets be honest.
When I sat down pre season & went through our fixture, where I expected wins and losses etc, I actually thought this period is where we’d be most stinky. Geelong, GWS, Richmond, Brisbane, Bye, then West Coast with only two matches in Melbourne in that six week stretch, I thought we could conceivably be 1-5. Of course we weren’t to know at that point how well west coast & next weeks opponent (NM) would be going but this is a BIG game for us. A good opportunity to win away from home for our loyal WA fans who front up year upon year to watch us get smashed by the locals. No Kennedy, Darling or Barrass gives us a chance to pull it off and keep alive any hope for finals. I’m hoping for a competitive effort which hopefully puts us close enough by 3/4 time to have a chance to get the W. We can live in hope right? There is a part of me that believes we will front up still on our break from the bye after a week indulging in what Margaret River has to offer.

I was feeling reasonably confident leading into Tigers game we’d at least put in competitive performance
Their outs and our form in Cats and GWS matches had me believing so
