Australian Policies -- from 2025 Federal election

Is this the first shot fired in a potential global tariff war against any and all challengers to Tazos supremacy?

I forsee tough times on the global collectible exchanges and a flee to safety in the Footy Cards Bond Market.

The Victorian premier is unpopular amongst property speculators. I mean ā€œinvestorsā€.

Because she taxes them to pay off the states debt.

I reckon as soon as she’s gone you Victorians will all feel miraculously safe again.

Where are the teal independents?

I mean how far do the LNP conservatives want to distance themselves from actual liberal voices?

I’m guessing Chalmers, Plibersek and maybe Marles would be among the candidates for the next leader of the ALP if Albos govt loses the election.

What about for the Libs if Dutton loses?

ā€˜Well Done Angus’ Taylor obviously wants it. He’s been a bit of a train wreck though, would the libs really think giving that guy the keys is a good idea. Leaders get their flaws exposed MORE than mere shadow ministers.

So a line up of 1 and he’s a bit of a train wreck?

I had a text message from Monique Ryan today.

I haven’t lived in Kooyong since 2011! Monique might need to update her spread sheets

:man_facepalming:

I want to see Jason Clare.

He and Chalmers are the ALP’s best communicators.

I’m sure there’s others who see a future in which they perch their pale doughy bum regally on the high-class dunny in The Lodge (or Kirribilli), but I couldn’t guess who they are, or how plausible those ambitions might be.

Taylor is just more public than most, or less subtle.

Yes I have had same problem for months. I posted about this and I think it was scotty who said that ATO had farmed this out to the private sector. IDK if this was done under the Tory regime but hope it wasn’t done by Labor.

So some shonky foreign company hires work experience students to take the calls. Neither they nor their manager knew the answer to the problem I had with them. It seems from your experience they have cut back on even the work experience kids.

What’s a lazy $4 trillion between friends cronies? After all it’s only money from the taxpayers, which they aren’t.

The liberals are horse ā– ā– ā– ā– .

Murdoch’s rags were right. Dutton is an absolute gift to Albanese.

He is rubbish.

Zero policy ideas. Not a single Liberal/Conservative idea amongst them . Post some culture war crap and tapping some public servant on the shoulder only for them to be rehired 3 months later by a big 4 consultancy to do the same job.

Well, that locks in six more years…

Dutton is an absolute train wreck . now he’s saying no more backpackers . the farmers and cafes will be impressed , what an absolute diickhead. I reckon by lunchtime it will just be another ā€œmisunderstoodā€ policy
he’s lurching daily from one distaaterous statement to another , I bet his party would wish he just stops talking till election day. in fact albo should just sit back now and let him keep talking

Also scrapping the FBT exemption for EVs.

But still going with free lunches for everyone?

Policy written by Toyota.

Like their policy for home owners is written by the ABA.

They are a disaster.

Maybe they might.

Just ratchet up the negative ads on TV and social media and lock Dutton in a room (and his front bench)

Bad foreigners out, students and backpackers bad foreigners, wind turbines bad, houses we don’t own too expensive bad, um, public servants bad, only in Canberra, um…

Just in ALP retain govt by the slimmest of margins, the Dutton led Opposition emboldened and validated in opposing renewables and other bad things.

NOT everyone. Just people most likely to be LNP voters
