It’s not the poll numbers it’s the leadership he’s worried about. Spends his time campaigning in liberal members seats so he can count on their vote. Zero time focused on actual Victorians.

He’s already started with labor just always tries to tell you what to do. This from the government that shut the international border, and forced Australian citizens to go into hotel quarantine and didn’t do anything to help stranded citizens get back home
TBF, did airlifts from Wuhan and three cruise ships and arranged repatriation flights or subsidised Qantas flights.
But delayed closing the border until some cruise ships docked in Sydney, subsequently banned cruise ship docking.
States came to the rescue with HQ after the home iso system failed.
Didn’t do anywhere near enough, what he did do was a drop in a bucket, he completely failed. Didn’t even attempt to get people out of India when that was in crisis. He does everything too little too late. Just like his pathetic lame attempt at finally doing something with climate. He let those Hillbillys in the nats string the whole government along so they could come up with a pretend nothing solution that he doesnt even have modelling for yet. It’s beyond a joke

Then all he comes up with after 10 years is another slogan of technology not taxes and slag off at Labor, some if not most of these technologies are either not commercial or haven’t even been invwntwd yet. We are an international embarrassment
