Meanwhile, Jim Chalmers gave a detailed response on Insiders on climate change, coal, carbon credits etc, followed through with it at a presser with Marles, but the Sky journo got upset because he wanted Marles to field the Q.
No journo at the PM’s presser in Alice Springs took umbrage at the candidate for Lingiari doing all the talking about the PM’s pick for the Warringah candidate.

Gladys also had alleged links to CCPP propaganda groups and used employees of said groups as volunteers which, if you know even a little bit about the operations of such groups, is more than a little problematic. I’m not seeing the great political benefit in this particular line of attack but she’s a dirty bird no matter her race. But as you say so are several of the members of the LNP. I imagine Angus keeps getting away with his farkery without Labor going too hard because he’s in a safe farkwit…I mean salt of the earth farming seat.
No they are not, they are saying can you trust Gladys and the LNP who were being dodgy to not be dodgy again.

All ours are printed on recycled paper boards that are shredded and recycled after every election. I am always surprised how cheap they are.

The NPC debate between Frydenberg and Chalmers might provide a further opportunity to be informed, provided it does not get hijacked by irrelevancies.
What would you reckon if Gladys Liu had been white-skinned and behaved the way she has, and then the LNP had gone off on a ‘China wants the ALP to win’ message? Would comments about - let’s call her Getrude - have then been reasonable?

And to evoke the spectre of 1930’s Europe. This guy who, among quite a few likely types, would most certainly have been a brown shirt and risen through the ranks with alacrity were he of the time and place. It’s getting absurd and former big names from that political party need to speak up. So bloody dangerous, just for election scares, self fulfilling words and actions. Corrupt and dangerous LNP.

Yes, and an enormous amount between 24-65yrs. 12 million French voted for someone who is a Putin supporter (of course she’s not saying that nowadays) and essentially a race baiting horror show. Republicans win mid terms, LNP get in again, Russia bomb Ukraine out of existence, the world is in that fabled hand basket.

The ones who didn’t bother to vote in the second round because they despised both candidates. Let’s hope the disaffected here turn to the true Independents and exercise their preferential voting rights

Donkey vote might count - Ryan number one in Kooyong, Josh way down, IIRC Daniel ahead of Wilson in Goldstein).
In some other electorates with a strong Independent candidate , they have been higher in the list (e.g Mackellar , Falinski seat)
Wonder where Gladys landed in Chisholm.
I’d guess that Goldstein and Kooyong don’t have that many Donkey voters.
