Driving through Surf coast and Corangamite this morning. The communities are painted blue. There is so much advertising for the Liberal Candidate.
I didnât see one advertisement or Placard of Labor.
It was 95% Liberal. A couple of Nationals. And an independent Alex Dyson who used to be on Triple J.
Held by Coker ALP by 1.1%. Do they just not have the resources? I honestly donât know if plastering a suburb works, especially on swing voters, but surely it creates a sense that thereâs effort being put in, however superficial that might be.

Itâs one of the most important Marginal seats of the election.
When itâs this heavy on one party, psychologically people are thinking youâre in a minority if your leaning slightly towards Labor.
