Yeah he was a softcock. Cops cop abuse every day. Sure, it’s not right, but on the scale that they get, it would have to be the softest abuse he ever got.
Kerr was stupid too, and it it will cost her, rightfully so, but the matter should never have gone to court,

Maybe Kerr was wrong in calling him a stupid and white.
But reading through the various articles about the overall events of the evening, the cop was shown to have not done his job well.
Senior Police have come out and spoken about the “institutionalised racism” within the force.
Would the cop have reacted the same way if Kerr was white?
Did he (or others who were later involved) actually listen to what Kerr and her partner were saying?
Did he do his job to the best of his ability?
The Jury clearly thought that he didn’t.
So he can be stupid for doing his job poorly.
