Ugh both Betts and Motlop dropped in the same week and Caddy still can’t get back in at Richmond. At least Langford is still getting a game. Feels weird to be playing @Vandrs again so soon. Suspect this one will be a lot closer.
No idea how this week is going to play out. CBH pulled 1500 last time and if he does that again, I think its beyond us. Beams, Ebert, Gibbs, Hurley, Fantasia, Marchbank probably all in my preferred side and all absent. There’s a reasonable likelihood that they’ll all be missing for my finals campaign as well, so we’re really going to have to just find a way to get through an Elim final.
You’d be pretty unlucky for me to score two of three 1500s for the season against you.
Should be a good match. I think the UF prediction for you to get up in a close one is probably right but if I win, we’ll probably be playing each other next week too.

Two weeks running scored well over 1400 and lost. Hmmm. If we could get our best side on the paddock we’d give this thing a shake. Not looking like it is going to happen though.
16th placed finish last year, 15th this year, bodes well for 14 years’ time…

Bad luck sal, as expected very close - Touk and Weller managed to hold off Merrett and String in the last quarter. Would have been a different story next week with De Goey out.
Luckily, I’ve managed to sneak into the top four, so I’ve avoided an elimination final with you. My inevitable loss to Birch next week won’t knock me out.
I’ll need to get @redbull to confirm (if you still keep stats on this), but I think this is the first time I’ve been in the top four? I don’t just mean at the end of the H&A season either - I mean at the end of any round in any season.
