I’d say almost 99% of the ‘footy public’ know Rutten is a dead man walking.

Said that he took his time last year to re-sign because he wanted to know what direction the club was going in.
And that it’s a bit disappointing to be in this position. However, once the club decides on the direction, he’ll fall “massively in line”

The look on Whateley’s face says it all. I don’t usually watch 360, but I did tonight to see how Zach handled himself. Is Robbo brain damaged or does he go to air ■■■■■■? How many times did he lurch at Whateley, who you could tell was thinking “don’t farking touch me you slob”.

I start with I don’t know much.
However there are key people at rival clubs (multiple clubs) who think it’s just a matter of time before clarko lands at ess. Educated guess or inside knowledge?
Think Robbo’s performance tonight was because he actually prefers someone else (#5) to replace Rutten.

The encouraging thing is that exactly the opposite of what he has posted has occurred…which would mean Clarko will definitely be coaching Essendon!

yep, reminds me of the theory from the moneyball to a degree how before that recruites would go on feel and perceived talent when picking players.
you look at say melbourne storm, I’d love to know what skillset/traits they have as the cornerstone of their drafting/recruiting because talent seems to be one aspect of it sure, but the individual seems to need matching traits that they value to warrant picking them up.
Justin olam is a prime example, i’m sure they said he started out in PNG and they don’t even have rugby balls up there, they use bottles filled with water (or something like that) to getting him to where he is now.
club seems to be better at picking similar types of players in mid season drafts or right just before the season starts better than in the actual draft.

When Zac says "fall massively into line’, i hope he means…when Clako tells him we’re going with Mason as Captain, Zac supports the decision.
