A big Wedgie over Mirboo North… there were 3 of them, but they always divert once i have pulled over and got out of the car.
A dodgy photo of (I think) a White-throated Needletail Swift as it did a flyby over head. They Can fly at up to 160kph… which makes getting any kind of shot rather difficult. South Gippsland near The Prom

Impressive, considering it doesn’t look like it should be capable of flight at all.
Spotted this Sea Eagle as I was driving along….big BIG bird… it didn’t stick around long after it noticed me unfortunately. I was happy to get some decent shots before it slowly flapped away.
What do you reckon that little bloke poking its head out is ?
