Blitz Metalhead Thread

My first ever concert. Freshly 18 years old at The Forum. Saw many, many chests that night. Legendary.

I completely missed the news that Paul Di’Anno had passed away a few weeks back. Great singer who started with Iron Maiden but definitely couldn’t keep it contained. This was a great tribute from Bruce

RIP Paul

Killers was great. Maiden really capitalised on that early brilliance. Respect. Up the Irons.

Got tickets (and an arvo off work) last minute to Falling In Reverse and Hollywood Undead.
Genuinely surprised the singer from FIR got a visa given he’d done time in the States

Ronnie Radke is a legit piece of ā– ā– ā– ā– , unsure how he got clearance.

Hollywood Undead were great, but Black Veil Brides is why I am here!

By the time I got down I only caught a few HU songs.
Tempted to go see them tomorrow night now I know they’re playing a side-show.

Sleep token have dropped their new albumn.

Aus launch/pop up merch shop at Stay Gold on Sunday.

I guess mainstream call them metal, I dont but whatever.

An aquired taste, my son introduced me to them a couple years ago. After seeing them live supporting BMTH I’m fully on board.

Always thought the band was all Bill and the drummer.

Thats a shame.

Last tour was awesome listening to leviathan in full.
