Blitz Probe Cycling

For those of you who commute on your roadies, this may be of interest: I got one at Tokyobike in Collingwood for $10. Wish I had one on Monday night

Yep, got a White one to match my seat :)

Doesn't save your bike from gathering crud, more so crud on your kit.

Yeah, was more excited about stopping the giant dirt mark up my back

I just jump on the MTB which has a guard on it for wet commutes.

I just harden the fark up.

Or stay in bed/take the car…

I got some German clip on full guards that fit to any road bike - i.e. they don't rely on holes or lugs in frame.  Very handy - can put on or take off in about 5 mins.

Got this months' Gran Fondo mapped out for tomorrow. 153km from my doorstep to Mt Glorious, one way solo. Got to TT it too as we're meeting friends at the other end and I don't want to be late. Figure if I start at 5am I'll need to average over 27km/h...

Doing Nebo/Glorious/Fernvale on Sunday, should be 200 for the day.

Riding it Sunday?

Wow nice, nah I'm doing this tomorrow.

Just looked at Strava, KOM for the climb from the main road is an hour for the last 23km!

O_O

Looking at Glorious more, there's a 4.4km 11% section, followed by a 3.3km -11% section

O_O

Have a look at that back of it, glad I'm going the other way!

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. I'm actually happier to be going up it, looks super winding and steep, would hate to descend that (I descend like a wimp!)

Set the alarm this morning for a quick blat before work. Decided I needed another 25mins sleep…and then lost motivation.

Now I’m at work, stunning day outside and I want to shuck both my eyes out with a blunt gardening object. Not happy. I can be such a lazy carnt at times!

I'd so buy this, no matter how Fred'ish I'd look.

Is that Durian Rider?

I have floated the idea of a banana themed kit before but couldn’t get anyone on board…

I'm thinking some kind of loop on Sunday, just not sure where. I might try for triple figures for the first time though...

That kit is amazing

Bananas rule!

Once you do your first 100, everything else seems not enough :)

Be sure to fuel up well, number one rule!

Had intentions of designing a fake “Team ProBanana” logo, too and everything…
