In an 18 team competition designed to equalise it should be harder to not be successful. It would be nigh on impossible to go 20 years without winning a final. I’d plead with the AFL for a priority pick but the Dud would only fark it up anyway………seriously how can we be that bad!

Yep a lot of my family are / were long time gold members and have lost interest over the last few years. It’s really sad. I don’t even ask my kids to watch games with me anymore, and i’ve stopped watching them also since the bye

Maybe two small positives from today. Firstly, the crappy Kayo UI finally screwed up in my favour, was 2 minutes in watching the replay as I was playing golf, it skipped to 2 mins to go and I seen the score, turned it off and came here, obviously happy I didn’t see much of that
Secondly, surely it can’t get any worse?

The fans expect improvement with the supposed talent we have. We’re no better than last year, apart from a couple of extra wins.
I think it is obvious that the coaching staff are going to change given the possible changes at other clubs.
Early in the year I said to a mate that 2025 we would win a final and be pressing top four……boy was I drinking the koolade. To remove soft from the list at the depth it has infiltrated our list will take years and that is only if the Dud is booted now…
Brad mentioned in his presser that he now knows the depth of work he has in front of him in every department of this club and I now believe that the keeping’s off style we have played all year is a direct result of Brad knowing we cannot compete in a contested game.
Our list has only ever wanted to play a soft, open and unaccountable game of end to end high scoring. The consistent 10 goal losses in finals showed we can’t win contested ball, yet each time it happened the Dud just kept recruiting the same soft spuds.
Surely Brad will push for his removal, I have faith in him but to correct this list will take years……years more pain for us.

I think it was fitting that Carlton secured finals today given how blinded blitz was by our win against them in round 12.
They were just inaccurate in front of goal that day but nobody on here would listen.

We’re only a hair’s breadth from ending bottom four. Another shellacking and 14th is almost a certainty. And with such a favourable draw is this really better than last year? Right now I’m tempted to say no, but some results that just didn’t fall our way were encouraging. Today has kinda trashed everything
