Probably a necessary one.
It was as bad as it gets. I’ve tried to be upbeat for a majority of the year about the situation but there’s nowhere to go with that one.

I didn’t see the Bulldogs game, so I can easily say, ■■■■ off Essendon… call me when you get ■■■■ to get together… and yes I mean to invert that … my money and energy is wasted. So tired.
Even if there is success in my lifetime I won’t be able to appreciate it. Unprecedented. Hope you guys up top looked up from your tax return and confused it for the score.

Truly disgusting effort from the Essendon club. Disgusting. What is worse is that I feel the coach is largely to blame. The AFL should investigate us for tanking.
Things are now very serious. The club has 12 months to turn this around. We will soon be a club that no-one respects or follows.

Mid season people were trying to claim that we rebuilt the right way and North didnt.
I’d much prefer their list than ours.

let the score sink in: 162 to 36! Beat GWS, Blues, Melbourne and lost to Port and Pies by a kick and a bit respectively!
