Brad Scott - SACKED (Part 6)

That extra 5% is the Essendon Spirit tax.

Lol

It’s simple

Hird = 50% of the votes + Number 5 for Essendon = 55%

But seriously, clearly the owner of this site has an agenda!

Agree up to this point.

They are different though. If a player had the mindset of any one of us Blitzers who ride on every emotional turn, they wouldn’t be getting the best out of themselves. Maybe some will thrive in that environment, but the majority just won’t.
It’s a ■■■■■■ negative mindset to have as a professional sportsman.

So you default more towards relying on internal communication to form your bias than any outside noise.

I think the older guys knew what was coming up.
But even the oldies have been put in a position to fail. Rightly or wrongly, they’ve been shunted into positions where you’d expect them not to be performing at their best. And I think even they are running into confidence problems because of it.

That’s fair. I can’t really comprehend believing the football club at its word anymore, so I can’t properly put myself in the players’ shoes.

We get the majority of our information from the outside world. And we’d consume probably 80% of it compared to what we hear from the club.
That’s our bias.

The percentage would be flipped as a player. That’s pretty much the ‘footy bubble’ they live in.
It has good parts (easy to ignore the bullshit) and bad parts (can not see things the same way).

They wouldn’t be taking in the info from First Crack or whatever analysis Lloydy and Kane-o do on a 10 second video. What they get from their line coaches are more targeted and catch the 30 seconds before it to go through how it broke down.

I heard that aswell. Durham must have experienced true chaos, because Essendon is not what I would consider as stable

Twomey didn’t think anyone knew until looking at twitter.

Eddie - they should know based on performances.

Twomey - It was the timing that shocked them.

Twomey - Ben Jacobs (midfield assistant)

Twomey - Solomon told assistants to keep the strategy. They wanted to share it with Solomon.
After that discussion they resigned.

Hirdy - seems strange head coach wants nothing to do with strategy.

Twomey - Solomon wanted to be more about the culture and energy.

all very strange.

It’s not strange, we’re tanking. 100%.

I disagree, I watch the team every week, they don’t need to tank.

Weird.

Poll’s been taking maths lessons from Newscorp?

Like all folks who aren’t Satan, I hate Newscorp…but I think that pie might be mathematically ok? (The changes to each person could include those who were previously unsure, or moving to unsure)

(There probably should be a double-ended dild0 between their mouths, of course)

You don’t find the 43 and 41% slices somewhat disproportionate?

Are you 106% sure?

I’m 100% right 60% of the time

Scott’s gone. A couple of positives, he (or someone) ‘moved on’ Doddoro(?) and the dreaded X. Now let’s focus on who we’ll get to replace him (Scott). I for one, want a proper process.

Ah, of course…I’m actually allergic to graphic design…that’s my excuse.

I was just coming back in to this thread to check that Scott is still sacked. Good.
