I believe in Brad, but he has blood on his hands for the Cats game.
Firstly, we have to acknowledge that he was put in this position by our horrific injury management which has to be the worst in world sport and the worst iāve ever seen.
But anyone with a brain would have known that we had reached a critical mass of inexperienced players at selection last week.
You can just throw ADW and Lual into that game, next to 10 other sub 5 game players. They havenāt shown VFL form and had some of the worst performances iāve ever seen live for EFC (and iāve seen a sh*t tonne).
Sh*t clubs blood players early and surround them with zero support, then wonder why they donāt develop. Thatās what we did Saturday and Lual and ADW are worse for playing.
We need to bring experience back so some of the other 14 young guys we are blooding can actually have a chance to have a crack .
Shiel and Hobbs must play this week.

TBH WD that seems to me like Barham and co giving themselves an extension.
Which makes sense given Barham and co have largely refused to publicly acknowledge that they were the ones behind the pursuit of the previous strategy to āget more out of the listā that every single person on this forum knows was doomed to fail from the start.

We might be like this for the next 4-5 years before we see start to see any progress at least untill our younger players reach the 60-100 game mark.
People dont realise how far behind we are from the rest of the comp.
We are the worst run club,worst at developing players,worst at keeping players fit and injury free basicly worst at everything.
Thats going to take years to fix and not someting that can be achived in 3 years
