Yes if you’re rebuilding everyone over 20 is delisted
Because you need some senior players in the the team and cant have a team full of kids?
Richmond have a bunch of senior players too
you need quality senior leaders, we’ve got sweet ■■■■ all and they’re also spending over half their tax year living in the rehab group

Problem is we cant attract any quality senior players to replace them so we are stuck with them
yeah so theres no point having these wont be part of our next atempt to win a final players and should instead get those sweet sweet top 3 picks.

Nothing with being scared if you have a team full of under 20’s they will get belted every week which then puts extra work load,they end up losing confidence and get injured.

I think the way the club has been going about it the last 2-3 years by hitting the draft is fine.
We don’t have many senior players left majoirty of them are gone apart from a few
get better at drafting with resilience being a high priority. self motivated resilient kids.

If the club wants to move on Brad that’s fine but in doing so i think they are looking for short cuts.
You heard Barham “we want some one to get more out of the list” right now that’s not happening so the club will probably sack him even tho next coach will most likely get the same results because the list is ■■■■■.
The list/fitness is the clubs biggest issue then just simply changing coaches all the time
So 45 kids? So would you do it all in one year like delist 30 players in your average club and just keep drafting 30 players that year on 2 and 3 year contracts?

Quite funny that majority on here were happy with Brads appointment then 4 years later people are like “sack this bloke” lols
Yeah, I was happy at the time and thought he might be ok but we have gotten worse under him each year and still zero signs that he can implement a game plan. Would I sack him now?
Probably not but if by the end of the year we haven’t shown anything then yes we pay him out and move on.
