Celebrity Deaths 2023

Sorry about Chandler but Friends was a shocker. Bad actors, not funny, just years of chic jokes. Ok everyone you can hit me but one of the worst comedies ever

That’s a fine opinion to have. Maybe not the most tasteful time to raise it.

That’s just way too young.

I had to look this bloke up, I heard people talking about it work and I didn’t have a clue who he was

I’d never heard of him either.

Astronaut Frank Borman, who commanded Apollo 8’s historic Christmas 1968 flight that first circled the moon 10 times, has died aged 95.

He and his crew, James Lovell and William Anders, were the first Apollo mission to fly to the moon — and to see Earth as a distant sphere in space.

They helped paved the way for the 1969 lunar landing.

I’d never heard of him either but pretty sure they showed a photo of him wearing one of the EFC hats with the heritage logo on it
I have the same hat & wish the club would re-release them

Too young to go anyway

Patrick Smith.
Yep, him.

Didn’t always agree with him… often didn’t… but he was worthier than any of today’s media dribblers. Which, granted, is a low, low bar indeed.

Up until the saga maybe. I lost all respect for him after that.
I believe it was him that said Dustin Fletcher shouldn’t be recognised as having played 400 games (even though he had clearly played 400 games), because he was one of the E34. Can’t get much more ridiculous and pompous than that.
