With quotes like that the only explanation is that Arteta doesn’t watch any games other than those involving Arsenal. Surely you want more from a supposedly top flight manager - the basic expectation would be to watch your opponents.

Despite having Man U’s measure earlier this season, I think they look like their best is better than what Spurs are bringing right now. But who knows with these two!
