Changes for Norf game, Saturday August 17

IN Colyer, Hurley, Crameri, assume Fletch gets off else bring in Steinberg

OUT Gumby, Pears, Licha(inj)

In: Hurley, Crameri, Kav!

Out: Fletcher, Licha, Gumbleton

Need to start playing the kids. Kav deserves another go in the 1's before finals. Hopefully Browne can come in against Carlton the following week.

What about Fletch reported?

IN: Hurley, Crameri, Lovett-Murray

OUT: Winderlich (injury), Fletcher (suspension), Gumbleton (omitted)

Pears based on what? He has been pretty good lately.

Have you watched Browne lately? Has been largely mediocre. Hardly knocking the door down on exposed form.

As mentioned elsewhere, I think we should give Dalgleish a crack seeing as he offers genuine zip and unpredictability off the HBF, something that we REALLY lack without Dempsey.

IN: Dalgleish, Hurley,

OUT: Fletcher, Licha,

Hille.

The other 2 are doing absolutely nothing around the ground.

Hille can read the play, take a mark and has decent disposal.

Hille is not the future, but the present is also important, and the other 2 need a spell in the 2's.

Thus the word 'hopefully'. If he can perform well in the VFL this week, then why not give him a chance? He actually hasn't been that bad, with 25 disposals, and 30 in the past 2 weeks (not sure how he went this weekend though).

Shake it up its now or never

Numbers might be OK but his impact and efficiency has been right down on what I saw from him last year.

Losing the contested ball and making bad decisions. Not something we are crying out for in the A team.

That said, I'd be happy to give him a look in for the last couple of dead rubbers.

May as well give Hille a game.

Ryder has been useless for a few weeks.

Likely percentage booster for North

Pears stays...been good when in the side

Out: Kommer, Hardingham, Bellchambers, Winderlich

In: Hille, Jetta, Dell'Olio, Daniher

We lacked run out the back line with Carlisle, Hooker, Fletcher and Pears all playing together. I think Pears is the one to go out of that lot. He has been pretty good, but is getting beaten regularly in aerial contests, and his chip kicks often put his team mates under pressure.

I would keep out everyone who is not right until they are fully recovered.

There is absolutely nothing to suggest we are a chance in any of the next next 3 games so why risk re-injury by bringing back a Hurley or Cramers too early?

Get everyone right for (hopefully) the elimination final. That is the only game that matters.

Out: ANYONE CARRYING A ■■■■■■■ INJURY

In: anyone who isn't

Get Hille to 200. Deserves it. Bellcho had a heavily strapped knee today. Might be worth giving him a rest for a few weeks given finals are a guarantee

colyer a definate in along with hurley and crameri

out go fletch, licha and gumby

Crameri has done Sweet FA in the 2nds to deserve a call-up IMO.

100% agree. Which is quite disheartening considering he is our leading goal kicker.
