Setterfield has been decent. He’s not “old” by any stretch. I think it’s a good replacement for Caldwell.

Setterfield will likely tag one of Trac or Clarry…could be the difference

Setterfield when fit is a great footballer. There’s not too many games that when selected he hasn’t performed well in.
Saying that, I still want tsatas playing every game he can

Or Perkins?

Oh wait…he’s selected

A big statement on Tsatas, I keep saying don’t worry about what people say, watch what they do. Does not bode well for him

Seeing on here all the meltdown tells me one thing. Setterfield will be BOG. Now that is Best on Ground not BOG as in turrds.

Perkins hasn’t shown much as a midfielder. It’s very rare that players who never played midfield in under 18s develop into midfielders when they reach the AFL. Perkins didn’t play midifeld in under 18s.

This should go in the something seriously wrong with this club thread

Have my 10 vote, it’s a pleasure of me to see someone on 9

Must have bigger injury issues the club would always let us know

Just nuts. Setterfield will blow imo. I hope Tsatas isn’t 100% coz this selection baffles me

Setterfield is not the future. This year should be all about picking a team for the future.

Why not have one of the younger guys put a tag on. Would be a great learning experience for them

Setters a genuine BBM and the only one on the list. Can’t see why he wouldn’t be an inclusion if fit and in form, and he is fit and in form.

Parish, Caldwell and Tsatas are out, it’s not that outrageous to bring in Setterfield. I’d hope it’s Hobbs that gets prioritised at CBA over him and Sheil though.

but it’s a short term solution, when we need to be thinking long term

if Tsatas is fit enough to be emergency- he is fit enough to play.

Setterfield played on Oliver last time (in Adelaide) and did a great job on him.

That being said, he’s played 1 VFL game which was a bit meh by his standards. I do understand the logic of selecting him though.

The Tsatas stuff is baffling. Could be late change territory. I hope so anyway, would be the only way it’s explainable.

Because winning games this year serves no purpose. Because having Tsatas not play football, or at least not play AFL, does him and us a disservice.

There’s a hundred reasons to pick Tsatas over Setterfield.
