I’d like to see Perkins and Waterman play.
Couldn’t give a crap about structure or matchups… we aren’t going to win this game so I’d just like to watch the new breed.

Nope
One can only but cringe at the composition of this post, its construction, the punctuation, and its grammatical errors makes no sense whatsoever. The ranting against a coach who has just lost his first game in the job is so misguided.
Part of me hopes we hold Perkins for one more week, and let him debut in front of a home crowd. It gives supporters at least a little bit of joy.
Do we really want him to debut In a massacre, in front of Port’s POS supporters?
Rutten didn’t get smoked in his first game as coach, the side lost by less than a kick and he was coaching against one of the best. Particularly match day regardless of the cattle he carries in Clarkson.
Obviously it’s not a hard pass for Truck, but he has prepared a side who can score well and with some structure. We wouldn’t have had such a great quarter of footy otherwise.
Rutten like our list is a work in progress.
He would be wanting to address 7 or 8 unanswered goals in a row pretty quickly though.
But heck he did inflict that on Clarko whose won multiple flags in the same match
Yeah I’ll pay that.
I’d like him to keep playing midfield minutes in the 2s. Stringer will come back to play his potential role inside 50 in the seniors anyway. I do want to give him some senior experience but even more important right now for his development is some big games as a midfielder to really build up his confidence and belief.
Agree 100%
I’d basically put it back to the group who ran out there on Saturday night to respond. And responding doesn’t even have to mean we get the win against what is a very good side, although an upset would be amazing of course.
I hope we just tinker around the edges if we do make any changes (Waterman in perhaps).
Bring Perkins in and Stringer in with one more run under his belt against the Saints at home in round 3.
If he has another 25+ disposal game this week, would you debut him against St Kilda? Or would you hold him for a bit longer?
Hold until a spot opens up for him
Man I feel so sorry for Draper. One of the few players that really gave their all for the entire game and tried to will us over the line.
Still hasn’t played in a winning side yet, and I can’t see a win coming for the next couple of games
A spot in the midfield?
I feel like he wouldn’t be too worried about that right now. He has more confidence & charisma than any player I have ever seen with less than 10 games.
I believe thePerk is our future
Teach him well and let him lead the way…
In Perk, Stringer
Out 2 players not wearing blue collars.
I’m kind of thinking it would be interesting to put Cox on Fantasia on a HBF and see what happens. Cox could expose Fantasia’s lack of two-way running.
Did Fantasia tank us to get to Port?
Make the 22 who capitulated against the hawks play against Port. See if they have any self respect- however unlikely.
Even champion Timmy Watson said on SEN that Essendon you need to develop a tagger , Essendon got one Dylan Clarke, but they don’t want to play him ,they rather let opposition midfields accumulate 40 disposals, he then went on to Say our midfielders don’t have any accountability, Hawthorn use shield to tag merret in the second half, did we do the same to tom Mitchell no way, bring on 2022
As much as everyone wants blood, I don’t foresee too many changes. Cutler won’t be 23rd man again, just a question of if he goes up or down. Snelling or Ham to sit it out if he goes up.
I want Cutler to play this week. And I want him to play on Dixon…

Port Adelaide bringing Rozee and Hartlett into that side this week most likely.
They have incredibly good depth nowadays. They really are a scary proposition for teams this year.
