I would like to know how Scott Pendlebury feels about the latest turn of events.
He’s got all the time in the world to express those feelings
you can guarantee that there will be people in the 3 LGAs who will try carry on against whats been asked today and it may turn ugly …
its not like covid has crept up overnight or its the first infection in nsw …
as i said if you knew covid was in area…eastern suburbs then why would anyone farkin go near the place…unfortunately people have and will continue against instructions which will just spread it everywhere
Those feelings come from a basketball background
Kerry said not allowed under previous Orders - but Gladys concerned at loophole exploitation
I can’t be clearer than that
Gladys steps in when journo asks about retail closures …l.
They’re in a spot of bother.
Still won’t shut down retail.
Shut it down - click and collect only. Worked for Vic.

Screen just scrolled 1 person in their 20’s in intensive care
This is unfortunately looking a lot more like Melbourne 2020 than Melbourne 2021.
Good luck people of Sydney, and Sydney Blitzers in particular. We’re all behind you.

He meant Kirribilli
Would argue many of those are essential if WFH. Could be click and collect I suppose, but many do need to remain open.
Is it NSW Health advice that these and similar stores all stay open?
Car sales?
Bedding shops?
Hardware shops?
Lighting shops?
Sports shops?
Gladys gets distracted from talking about deaths from letting it run, by her thought to emphasise the economic impact of letting it run.
We allways wondered why Melbourne Vs Sydney outbreaks where different. I speculated it was because Melbourne hit the poorer NW suburbs where as Sydney it hit rich suburbs. I think this theory is looking more likely. It’s in the economically vulnerable communities of Sydney now and once in there it will spread back all over Sydney as these are the cleaners, cooks and security. Insecure work and work all over the city.
Cooked.
If NSW hit 70+/- cases, I think a hard lockdown will be considered.
IIR, that was the Vic tipping point.
