Iâm not saying those groups need to pull their heads in or anything, I doubt very much itâs due to a lack of compliance. Probably more so the factors that you outlined

Early days, when journos relied on family sources for +ve case at RMH to go for the jugular - turned out it was a special RMH mental health facility at Broadmeadows that had not been publicly disclosed for privacy reasons.
