Vaccine shopping? I think he is promoting the best available and the one we have the most of.
Also, people are so entrenched to think that Pfizer is the only/best option, it isn’t. Moderna is proving to be the slightly better mRNA vaccine.

At this stage, 3rd shots of any vaccine have not been approved by ATAGI. They will be the ones who set the schedule and the type. If in doubt - speak to your GP.

ATAGI statement (I think of 23 September) referred to possibility of additional doses in December
- my read is that it is giving priority in its assessments to the elderly and health compromised
ATAGI is not the decision maker, but its advice is usually accepted.
