Andrews said that from National Cabinet meetings, the ADF weren’t available for hotel security. NSW had a special agreement with them (probably ties to ruby Princess issue).

Gaetjens Eccles - were you were aware that ADF on offer
- I had opposite view from National Cabinet discussions, that they might have been available in NSW.
- if I had been aware of a Gaetjens offer. I might have taken a different view, subject to clarification of what precisely was on offer.
