I think you are right re the boss. They also have halal certification so chances are they have several muslim employees. Guys I know frequently break for prayer time where they kneel in very close proximity. I wonder if that sort of cultural practice might have contributed to the COVID transmission.

If these disease modellers have co-opted economists to enhance their models, it might just make their models too hard to believe overall. At what point do the vast number of assumptions about human behaviours involved make the whole process, “a bridge too far”
