Thanks to that Koala bloke for organising tables! It was a great night and was also good to meet so many other Blitzers, and talk to the players.

It was a really good night. They always are. I found this one to be very weird because of all the uncertaintity happening at the moment. I was really sad after all the speeches had finished that Hirdy hadn’t been mentioned at all.
It’s great Dyson won. That guy is just amazing. He’ll win more. A lot of the focus has been taken away from him though because of the events of the last few days, which is unfortunate.
I got really drunk. I was sitting next to Koala and we pretty much had the best bar waiter dude ever. I don’t think we were without a drink all night. Perfect.
No exciting goss. My friend made me take a photo with a random on another table, so I chose a bearded dude. He was pretty cute actually.
I went up to talk to the players like we are bff. Stanton is my fave I’ve decided, to talk to anyway. I didn’t get a pic with ZAKA but I did talk to him. Jobe was flying solo again.
It was great to meet Darli slowstu and his wife. In addition to sitting with and hanging out with other blitzers I have met before. It’s like an annual tradition now. Love it. I hope more of you come along next year.
