And surprise, surprise, if a fast bowler has to worry about bowling a legal delivery they find it more difficult to find a comfortable rhythm

Umesh Yadav could run through our batting lineup on a good day, he is the danger man imo

Pie chucker

On his good days he is up around 145, aggressive and swing it

His bad days are as bad as anyone’s though, I’ll give you that.

Allright both have starts. Go one with it and build a good partnership boys.

Harris playing well through the V, been a while since we’ve had a left handed opener who could do that

He sprays it like a dog on heat. A four-ball every over. Learnt nothing from his last trip to Oz.
India have fallen for the WA-pitch sucker-punch and picked the wrong side.

Why aren’t they playing at the WACA?

Aussies did well in the first hour, a couple of shouts for Finch and a few plays and misses but did well to reach 0/47

The same reason we don’t still play at Windy Hill.

India may well have erred in not playing a spinner. Jadeja must be very out of form or favour.

Gees that bowls club has muscle

How does he bowl outside of India? He doesn’t strike me as the type to bowl well on this type of pitch. He’d definitely make their tail look a tad better though.

In the first 14 overs there was only 7 balls that would have hit the stumps

Mmmm, cool eh?

The decision to not play a spinner is very interesting considering Lyon took 7 wickets in the recent shield match at the ground. The only saving grace is Australia batting first, meaning they won’t be without a spinner in the 4th innings.

So who wins with 0/66?

Looks like Yoss AFAICT

Australia every day of the year. Getting to lunch without losing a wicket is a fantastic effort. It’s a very solid foundation that needs to be built upon.
