But those high mortality rates are very statistically relevant for a reason.
There are exceptions, but they’re outliers.
no question but my comment was in reference to hope without foundation and unless the stats say 100% surely there is hope that you could be an outlier as my friend was or perhaps a successful new clinical trial is found. A 5 year survivival rate is 5 years out of date at least. melanoma treatment for example was revolutionised in the space of 5 years.
