Another point to consider. The club IS on the search for some new coaches, a new head of development is the one I’ve heard. Maybe the Vozzo interviewing Kelly rumour the other user said is in line with that goal, rather than for a head coach.

Welsh getting rid of Scott doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.
Welsh was part of the board - in fact VP at the time - when Scott was granted an extra year before the season started. The President doesn’t make these decisions in isolation. The current board is near enough to the same board that appointed and then extended Scott. Would seem bizarre for them to turf him now and if they did they should rightly all come under pressure.

I actually would be open to Scott moving to a head of football role with Kelly as the head coach. Scott seems more suited to that role anyway

For me I’m more of the let’s wait and see what happens before we judge type. Based on barham’s actions he came across as messy but did enact change within the football club. I’m tired of us taking time to get off-field appointments right, the S & C changes are encouraging, now move into the coaching department and make changes there, don’t farking wait 3 years to do it.
Will judge welsh by his actions as football president alone. Hope it works out.
