Why isnāt McGrath in the center at ball ups anymore? I thought he did pretty well last time
I noticed a desire to drop players for poor performance almost straight after they come back from injury.
Would this indicate a lack of patience or discipline to get players cherry ripe in the remedial/recovery team?
Yeah you would do cartwheels as a forward sitting in front of Fremantle or Brisbane. So many looks.

Crazy that when Artemis had the hammy he didnāt make the injury list, then after he plays a VFL game, he is on the list as a test lol.
Pleasing to see Johnson close. Wright a test would be a bonus (in the ruck)
Iād like to get another look at McMahon for a few games at senior level before the end of the year.

Yes, it is much better if we cannot deal with alleged behavioural issues in young players despite them being talented. That isnāt going to bite us on the arse at all nor does it suggest we arenāt really good at the whole development thing.

you would have like to reward continued behavioral issues with selection in the seniors? great message. everyone knows we have sucked with development, the one thing that we did get right is getting rid of voss. congrats to him for turning it around at freo, getting booted was the best thing for him as a person as he knew he just had to change his behavior or lose his career

Well Iām glad we gave Brad Scott the Boot, not speaking to Laverde for 2 years. Hardly saw him at VFl games either.

Iād prefer it to continually picking players on past achievements and not current form.
But that wasnāt my point. I doubt Voss is the only talented youngster in the AFL who had behavioural issues. Other clubs seem to manage them without feeling the need to delist. Why canāt we? Why is our only option delisting and not working through it.
Again - we screwed this one up. I donāt have an issue that we did, all clubs get calls wrong from time to time, but there is no point pretending we didnāt.
Stuff Vossy, Iāll be upset that we didnāt recruit Murphy Reid forever and a day.
