How much wood REALLY can a woodchuck chuck?

I guess it all depends on whether a woodchuck could chuck wood.

A woodchuck could chuck a truck of wood if a woodchuck could chuck wood.

But even if a woodchuck could chuck wood, why should a woodchuck chuck wood?

But even if a woodchuck could chuck wood, why should a woodchuck chuck wood?

Are you intimating that a woodchuck carnt?

Popular Woodworking Magazine worked it out and it depends on whether it is hard or soft wood… They even made a calculator to help you work out how long it will take depending on how many Woodchucks you have available. Whowouldvethunkit!

Did Don Quixote call his donkey Oatey?
Sancho Panza had the donkey. Don Quixote had a horse called Rocinante.

Sorry for the straight answer.

And John Steinbeck also had a car named Rocinante. Just sayin.

In real life, there is no swear filter other than society rules and manners. Why can’t it be that way in a forum such as this one, instead of people finding ridiculous ways to get around it? Miss-spelling a swear word seems so childish.

The internet hero syndrome would wear off after a while, wouldn’t it? I mean - people still do it anyway.

Unfortunately no it doesn’t. Those afflicted, and there are many of them, remain afflicted.
They are a bit like the NRA to be honest.

What’s the etiquette around family and friends asking for the recipe for your mind blowing ‘signature dish’. And then proceeding to turn up at every fricken gathering from that point on with the ‘signature dish’ as if it was their own?

It may be childish, but I’ve been there and it annoys me also.
Ahm… make a different signature dish.
Fortunately for me, I have many.
Because I’m awesome.

I have a few, but I can’t get over it.

Last week when I wasn’t able to bring ‘my’ salad I made this amazing dessert as a back up.The ‘new’ salad people look at me and go ‘this is amazing, can I have the recipe?’

Well, that’s when you say what I say…
“There’s no recipe, because I can cook and I make it up as I please, not paint-by-numbers”

I usually tell them most of the ingredients and then be general with it as well. ■■■■ like “handful and a half” or “just a scoop of this” etc etc

Give them the recipe , but fundamentally change the measurement of 1 ingredient that completely skews the flavour.

Well come on .what is it?

$10 is a bit of a stretch. Local guys I go to have a $5 one but it's mainly for blow in off the street who want a bottle of water and want to pay on card. Generally if you bought heaps of stuff, walked out and on the way out forgot something and it costs around $3 they let you pay wave it.

I’ve seen restaurants with $15 and $20 minimums. It’s ridiculous.
