At this stage I'm looking to work something out with them to at least get all the jerseys done at the existing cost, and will likely refund the bib shorts and caps orders. No top-to-toe BlitzProbeCycling team kits for now ...

Like I said, Champ Sys doesn’t have this policy. You can order one of something if u want.

You mentioned a while back that CS have a better quality version of their jerseys than the ones we got. Is this still an option if the Tineli gear proves to be a mission?
That may be the next course of action. I got a price through today for just the jerseys but I need to confirm somethig in regards to long/short sleeve options. If that doesn’t go as planned I’ll look back into CS and put it to everyone that ordered.

Update: Yeah Tineli's out, so to, it turns out, is pretty much every manufacturer other than Champion Systems. They all seem to have the same 10-of-each item minimum.
What did everyone think of the CS quality last time? I thought it was good, just not awesome. I'm keen to know what their 'aero' jersey is like.
I'll be refunding the bibs and caps today. I'll wait for us to reach a consensus on the jerseys before making another move on that.

Unfortunately I'll probably only be in on the CS order if an aero cut jersey is possible, they're so comfy I couldn't go back to the traditional baggy cut.
They're last one was good, but my standards have lifted somewhat since wearing other manufacturers.

I'm in exactly the same boat. I'm going to get CS to send me an Aero jersey sample and report back.
Edit: I'm going away for two weeks so if I can't get the sample in time I might just send it to you :)
The first jersey's were ok for quality. I got the race cut and the fit was not bad. The material is a little light weight IMO, so if they have one level up in quality, it should be ok.

I'm happy to go with CS. There was a post on Bicycle Market this morning, someone enquiring about team kit. Most replies were pretty positive for CS.
The quality of the last one was acceptable, my jersey (race cut) seems to be wearing a bit thin around the side panels, so would be good to take it up a notch or two. I'd rather we didn't go too OTT cost wise, though...

Champion System have recommended a slightly better jersey than what we ordered last time, it's a bit dearer but I won't up what anyone's paid... there is a catch, they only do long sleeve jerseys in the base model so...
Long Sleeves -- CS-Tech Jersey (what we got last time)
Short Sleeves -- "Air" jersey (next upgrade up)
Aero -- "Air Pro" jersey
What would the Areo cost? I'd probably change my long sleeve order.
