Going to be interesting to see if Corn rates us now, he was covering the game on Sen last night but I only listened to Q1.
I was watching the GWS game vs Brisbane straight after our game vs Collingwood on Anzac Day. They were cruising around taking care of the Lions always in space showing their classy skills. After just watching the manic pressure from both sides in the Bombers v Pies game I thought how would the Giants go in a game like that. Well we found out yesterday.

Can’t wait to listen to all the commentators this week say Essendon still haven’t beaten any good teams…then in the next breath say that they expect GWS to make 4 top because they are good.

I agree. My first game for five years and had the same thoughts. Umpires were inconsistent and at times it seemed they were favouring GWS. Maybe it is just me being an angry old man in the crowd. Go Bombers and fark Carlton.

Its a true one for this game, in the first half the giants were so switched on, never seen so many handballs smothered, a hand gotten on or straight intercepted, they were frantic and fast but we didn’t stop our style and got on top in there more and more
You could say the exact same thing about GWS being lucky with Stringers 2 misses and Jones 2 misses
