It really depends who you’re listening to, I’ve heard mostly hope, and a good chance with the talent up front, but skeptical given they don’t ever get the job done.

Down to the contracted security firm whose owners probably made a few bob. Don’t worry about doing the job properly as long as there’s a profit to be made.
