Im probably wrong, but i think Carlton are way over rating their list and this finals campagin is going to be like 2013 where they think they are much cloaer than they are. I think they have alot of C-graders at best, even with walker coming in. And now they will be paying more for him

May my weekend be complete with a Carlton loss tonight, following the Collingwood loss last night and the Essendon win today.

Fully expecting FCFC to over estimate where they are at, start trading away their future - trading future picks for second rate players, to sacrifice some kids with potential for over priced mature agers like they historically have.

Even if Fark Carlton win tonight they aren’t beating either Geelong or Adelaide - they have never beaten the Crows at the Adelaide Oval

So for me there are a few positives

  1. A wildcard win isn’t a real finals win hence they will still finish 8th
  2. Finishing 8th decreases the points they have available to match a bid for Walker
