I was thinking about what happened with Saad last year.
Saad’s Manager: Hi Adam, there are a few clubs interested in your services next year.
Saad: really, who?
Saad’s Manager: Well apart from Essendon there’s North, the Saints, the Bulldogs and Carlton.

What I would prefer is that Saad does a 2MP style trade from the FCFC with:
- FCFC paying half his salary
- FCFC received a useless future 5th rounder for it (FCFC does not deserve a 4th rounder)
- Saad is even more ■■■■ at his new club (unlike 2MP)

I’m sorry, wasn’t this the guy who publicly bashed the club and it’s culture on the way out to ensure a trade was facilitated to our most hated rival? Spare me.

Are these the same white knights that spent 4 years potting Jobe Watson? The same ones that have spent all this year potting Nik Cox and Nick Hind? Carlton supporters have been dishing it out on social media all year, so they can take their moral grandstanding and shove it up their ■■■■.
Oh, and Saad can gagf. He took the easy way out last year and went flag chasing, rather than stay with us and help fix up the mess of 2020. He has made his bed, now he can lie in it

Saad should be crying after his dog act.
Whacked a guy unexpectedly because he got a bit is post kick attention that didn’t even warrant a free kick. Something he does regularly to other players. He should get weeks for his hit.
People are too nice about this guy.
He left Essendon because he wanted finals and to be more attacking.
The coaches had tried to work with him on his defensive game he basically told them to shove it and made other players take on bad match ups because he refused to play on them. Costing us goals and probably games.
He left having a crack at the club and culture he was supposedly there to create and be part of, yet with his actions he destroyed. He left because Teague offered him big dollars to burst off half back and go for it without accountability. Which he has done and many experts have brought up the devastating impact of his poor defensive actions.
It’s clear he was part of our problem, I now think being gone was a good thing.
As much as he is a good player, he is a selfish player only out for his own glory and his mercenary actions have backfired big time.
