Cripps has always been about the worst runner in any starting midfield. Albeit a tremendous ball winner. He can be exposed.

Voss isn’t the problem, that backline is horrendous.

Voss is a problem, but so is Cripps, McKay, Saad, Curnow etc etc.
These blokes chew coaches up and spit them out. You can see some of them care, and they are almost trying to do too much. But some of them completely drop their bundle as soon as the heat comes on the playing group.
They Blues tied themselves to some of these guys with long contracts, but in some cases they are a big part of the problem.
They need to make Cerra captain and start building the club around him, anyone that wants to sook about it can leave. And they need to get more pace around the ball, ditch the idea of tagging (Ed Curnow around the ball in any capacity, seriously).
Hopefully none of this happens and they continue to be ■■■■.
